METAL CARD PORTFOLIO
Basic | Metal Core
Toppan Gravity’s Metal Core cards feature a metal core body with a front and back PVC layer. Both sides can be fully printed, still giving a feeling of a high-value card. This card is the most affordable option and can be used to roll out high-value cards in higher volumes. The PVC layer can be manufactured with 100% recycled PVC material.
Premium | Hybrid Metal Card
Our Hybrid Metal cards have a stainless steel front and a PVC back. The main advantage of the PVC side is that it can be printed and personalized with traditional equipment and does not need special laser engraving. They have a lower price point than full metal cards, while still providing the metal feeling on one side.
Luxury | Full Metal Card
In our Luxury Metal Card line, we offer full metal cards with a front and back metal surface. It gives the full metal experience and is targeted to your most important VIP customers. A mixture of aluminum and bronze gives a heavy and high-quality feeling to the card, and special effects and features such as diamond embedding allow the creation of the most unique cards for your clients.
